CNC Machining

Our machine shop utilizes 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machining, and Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) to produce consistently high-quality parts.

The commonly used materials are aluminum, steel, polycarbonate, ABS, nylon, and Delrin. We also have an array of materials that are certified fire-retardant, and , RoHS compliant.

This plastic piece is machined out of fire-retardant and RoHS compliant ABS. It was part of the Kiosk prototype used to pass the European safety test.

This claw was full of organic curves, and it was machined from a large acrylic piece. It was polished clear to resemble ice.

The entire bezel was machined out of one aluminum block with several places of undercut.
